# System Launch and Study Support

At the launch stage, OPORA provides a comprehensive scope of services, including, but not limited to:

* Clinical Protocol documentation linked to the software;
* Assisting the Study Project Manager with the technical aspects of obtaining licences for the Questionnaires and third-party tools such as Wearables;
* Pseudo-anonymised Report generation for Researcher and Clinician;
* In-person User Acceptance Testing with Clinical Partners;
* Demo sessions, workshops, and training documentation for clinical partners and patients.
* Technical support and modifications.

Documentation support:

* Data Management Plans;
* Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) applications and reports;
* Ethics committees reports;
* EU AI compliance reporting.

Study Kick-Off:

* Acceptance testing;
* Workshop for Clinicians and Researchers;
* Platform setup;
* Media and network coverage;
* Meetings with statisticians and other study support research team;
* First patient enrolment support;
* Principal Investigator feedback session and perspective discussion.

The scope and budgeting for this phase will be agreed and estimated additionally based on requirements.
