# AI Chat

The **AI Chat Integration** leverages **Amazon Bedrock**, AWS’s managed service for deploying foundation models, to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable conversational AI. This integration powers the user interactions with a large language model (LLM)-driven chat experience. Hosted within a secure AWS environment, the feature supports natural language interaction while maintaining strict controls on data privacy, model behaviour, and regulatory compliance.
