# Questionnaires

The Registration Workflow and Functionality

The system for delivery, tracking and evaluation of medical-device grade condition assessments and user feedback. It can be used to triangulate data received via other inputs and serve to clinically validate markers of condition for AI-enabled diagnostics and predictions, or serve as a user experience and product validation instrument.
