# Onboarding

**Onboarding is an interactive process in the Mobile Application** that guides users through consent, personalisation, and account setup. It captures key attributes used to route data correctly and customisation, all while maintaining a clear, user-friendly experience.

You can embed **videos, images, and interactive questions** directly into the onboarding flow to improve comprehension and engagement. These elements are particularly effective for explaining consent terms, demonstrating app features, or verifying understanding of data-sharing choices. This approach supports informed participation, reduces drop-off, and ensures regulatory-grade transparency.
