Metadata on datasets, training, audits, and compliance is automatically compiled into Model Cards, Datasheets for Datasets, and EU AI Act–aligned compliance summaries. Outputs are produced in human-readable (PDF/HTML) and machine-readable (JSON-LD/RDF) formats, versioned for traceability, and integrated into dashboards and regulatory reports. {% hint style="info" %} Model cards are structured reports that document key facts about a machine learning model, similar to a “nutritional label” for AI. In clinical AI, they’re treated as a compliance artefact under the EU AI Act and IEEE 7014. {% endhint %}
