# Notifications

**Push notifications** are used to deliver timely, context-aware updates directly to User's mobile devices. These may include reminders (e.g., to complete a questionnaire), updates about their care journey, or alerts regarding new features or consent changes. Notifications are triggered based on user role, activity, and preferences, and are fully configurable to meet compliance and engagement requirements. All notifications are delivered securely and logged for audit purposes.
